By purchasing a ticket and attending Luminescence, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Age Restriction

• This is an 18+ event. Government-issued photo identification is required for entry.

• No minors will be admitted under any circumstances.

Ticket Policy

• All sales are final. 

• In the event of postponement, tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date.

Entry & Conduct

• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees without refund for unsafe, disruptive, or illegal behavior.

• Re-entry policies are subject to venue rules and security discretion.

Liability

• Attendees assume all risks incidental to the event, including but not limited to injury, illness, or loss of property.

• The organizers, venue, and affiliates are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses sustained at the event.

Photography & Media

• By attending, you consent to photography and video recording, which may be used for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes.

• If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify event staff upon entry.
